  Horrible experience been waiting for over a hr. To be seen still haven't been seen. Its only one teller at the window and that line is out of the door with more than 40 people in it. I'm waiting along with 16 other people who have been here before me. When I brought it to one of the tellers attention she got an attitude as if I was wrong for asking her to request more help. It needs to be a mase hiring on this branch.

  Waited over 2 hours to open another account when i asked the bank manager about it she stated some one is coming and walked off. Wow i have never received this kind of service i have been an accoung holder for over 13 years. I will never return to this location again.
